Performance handicap Racing Fleet (PHRF)

In New Brunswick, PHRF is the primary handicap system used to score keelboat races by most clubs. Many clubs in the province run weeknight racing for members and the PHRF rating system is used to determine the overal winner by adding a correction factor to each boats time based on the boats size and performance ability.
