New Brunswick Sailing Team

​The New Brunswick Sailing Team (NBST) exists to provide support for New Brunswick’s athletes who are working towards improving sailing / racing skills, and competing on a provincial, regional or national level. The goal of the New Brunswick Sailing Team is to improve New Brunswick Sailing’s capability to develop sailors into excellent racers, and for New Brunswick’s top competitive sailors, to achieve recognized athletic excellence. The New Brunswick Sailing Team (NBST) is typically comprised of 10-20 athletes of varying skill levels. Members of the New Brunswick sailing team must attend scheduled on-water training sessions and provincial circuit regattas. NBST Members will be provided on and off water coaching, scheduled training and pre-determined competition events by Sail NB's provincial coaches.
For the current sailing season, 2021, New Brunswick Sailing Team members must compete in one of the following classes: 29er, 420, Laser or Laser Radial. For more information on the Canada Games Selection Criteria, please press on the button below.
